1. 100% Certified Authenticity & Sonic-Sealed Slabs

Every collectible slab catalogued inside The Card Centre Vault is third-party certified and sonic-welded by recognized grading authorities (including PG Grading, AP Grading, OCD Grading, TOC Grading, and Aura Grading). We guarantee:

• All certification numbers and subgrade matrices displayed correspond directly to the physical slab in our vault.
• Cards are inspected under UV and optical magnification prior to archiving.
• High-resolution scans and 360° inspection views represent the exact physical item in its tamper-proof protective casing.

2. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

All logos, interactive web software, custom UI designs, and database catalogs are the exclusive intellectual property of The Card Centre. Pokémon, Pokémon character names, and Pokémon TCG game assets are registered trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK Inc. The Card Centre operates as an independent private collector showcase and secondary market valuation portal.

3. Collector Offer Negotiations & Fair Dealing

When using the "Make Offer" or private acquisition request features:

• Offers submitted represent genuine inquiries from collectors.
• Valuations provided are curated market reference estimates based on recent secondary market sales and grade population data.
• We reserve the right to accept, counter, or decline offers based on vault availability.

4. External Links & Community Hubs

Our website provides direct links to verified community hubs (including our official Discord server, Whatnot live events, and secondary sales portals). While we maintain strict standards, third-party platforms govern transactions conducted under their respective policies.
